Her approach is gentle and she pays attention to detail in a way that enabled me to get the most from each asana. She has a lovely soothing tone of voice which allowed me to focus on my own body and because her directions were clear I could close my eyes and trust her to guide me. She is clearly knowledgeable about the asanas and the purpose they service. I felt privileged to practice with her.’

‘A lovely space for yoga with appropriate music in the background. Caroline eased me into the session gently and concentrated on positive breathing and balance. She demonstrated the poses clearly as well as explaining what the benefit would be. It was encouraging to be told when I was holding a pose correctly and also encouraging to be told how to improve a pose. Breathing exercises were introduced as well as the inhalation and exhalation during poses. Caroline has a lovely calm voice very suitable for yoga.’
